Articles are important. Consider the images evoked by each of the following sentences.

1. My boyfriend is in a band.

Word choice matters. Articles matter.

Also consider the following:

"My boyfriend is a man"

"My boyfriend is The Man."

And the following evidence of the importance of hypertext, along with another example of the previous assertion:

"My boyfriend is in a man."

"My boyfriend is in The Man."

"My boyfriend is in The Man."
